The Real Deal Or No Deal Slot
The Deal Or No Deal online slot is a relatively standard 3-row, 5-reel, and 20-payline online slot with some bonus features that make it really special.
It is based on the immensely popular TV game show of the same name. Howie Mandel hosted the show and it aired on NBC beginning in December 2005.

The game on the show involved contestants choosing from a set of briefcases containing various amounts of cash. As they moved from case to case eliminating those amounts, contestants were offered a “deal” from The Banker to take an amount and quit, hence the “Deal Or No Deal” question.
The online slot contains a bonus game with a similar structure that pays homage to the game show. It also offers players a shot at a progressive jackpot.
Having five reels and three rows means there are five three-row columns filled with relatively standard classic slot-themed symbols. The game’s 20 paylines means there are 20 ways these symbols can line up on the reels that pay.
Click on the slot’s Show Paytable tab to reveal more information about the top paying symbols, features, and bonus games. Plus, the pattern for all 20 paylines.
Starting the game
You start playing Deal Or No Deal by first selecting a bet amount. You can do this by either toggling through the Bet One tab or selecting the Bet Max tab.
The 20 lines are always in play, so your total bet is your selection times 20. Your total bet will show on the screen before each spin.
Then it’s all about hitting the bright green SPIN button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. There’s no Autoplay button, so get used to hitting SPIN when you’re playing Deal Or No Deal.
The highest paying symbols
Basic Deal Or No Deal gameplay involves trying to line up three or more of the same symbols along any one of the 20 lines.
Quite unlike most slots, the game’s highest paying symbols are those featuring playing card values. Then it’s the classic-slot bar symbols followed by retro-styled fruit symbols.
Bonus features
It’s really a standard slot until you activate one of the three bonus features.
The Banker’s Offer
First, there’s The Banker’s Offer feature. It is triggered randomly on winning spins and offers you a guaranteed cash amount you can either take or reject. Reject it and you’ll take the winnings from a free spin instead.
Select A Suitcase
Next up is a Pick’em game where you make a choice from 15 classic Deal Or No Deal suitcases. It is triggered when you land three bonus scatter symbols.
Most suitcases have various sums of cash behind them and there’s even one that reads ‘Win All‘ offering you all the money in each and every suitcase. Others read ‘Game Over‘ and end the game.
It’s a basic Pick’em bonus game that rewards you either very well or not much at all.
Deal Or No Deal bonus game
Finally, there’s the Deal Or No Deal bonus game. This is where you get to play through a round of the classic game show and get a shot at the progressive jackpot.
It is triggered when you land three Deal or No Deal bonus symbols anywhere on the screen.
You play the game exactly the same way contestants always did on TV. You select numbered suitcases and eliminate various increasing cash amounts to try and increase your offer from The Banker.
The progressive jackpot is the top prize. So, if you can avoid picking the suitcase with that amount, and never accept The Banker’s offer, you’ll win it.
If you’re playing Deal Or No Deal because you loved the TV show, you’ll enjoy this bonus feature.
It gives you the chance to play through your own round of Deal Or No Deal. Plus, you get a shot at the progressive jackpot.
Fans of the show will be in Heaven and this and the other bonus features more than make up for the generic slot symbols and standard gameplay on the reels.
