Through these endeavors and various others, it will heighten the viewers’ experience as they’ll be able to tune in and get more out of the Poker Central events. That includes meet-and-greets with players at the events, special giveaways and online qualifiers, too.

Global is expanding its horizons. If you’re not familiar with Global Poker, it is a play-for-free online poker site with over a million players.

As players participate in the games and tournaments, they can win actual cash and prizes. This now puts one foot in the door in a new direction for Global Poker as its brand will be seen at some of the biggest live money tournaments in the world.

One can already see how this partnership might work out well as some of the GP players might be able to win meet-and-greets with popular poker pros if they play and win on the poker platform.

As for Poker Central, this capped off a busy week for them. This was its second big deal of the week, as it previously acquired High Stakes Poker along with its big library of television episodes.
